A great idea would be to include at least t wo examples of how they can apply the rules of your chosen story theme. This will give them an idea of what kind of situations you are discussing and what they should expect to see in their own lives.As a guideline, you may want to consider having each student write about a particular character in your story. For example, one student may write about a child while another may write about a family member. Another thing to consider is that your students should know that they are writing a personal story about themselves. They should also know that the real world is very different from a story or fantasy world.In sixth grade, each student has already experienced the beginning of a different era. They know their classmates as well and may have witnessed events that they are telling their stories about.After you have started writing your essay, you may want to consider editing out the chapters that you feel are not suitable for the story.
